Course Format

Our courses are generally run as five 2.5hr classes held on weekday evenings. We also offer weekend courses held over 2 Sundays.  Should you be unable to attend all sessions in a particular course, please let us know as it is often possible to make up missed sessions at an alternative course.

It is recommended that HypnoBirthing Courses are attended at about 25-30 weeks in order to give plenty of time for Mums to practice the techniques, but we often have Mums attending right up to their due date – better late than not at all!

Your course fee also includes 4 FREE PREGNANCY YOGA classes.

Courses are held at one of the below locations. Generally, our weeknight courses are held in Clifton, whilst our weekend courses are held in St. Werburghs – please see the above course listings to confirm specific course locations.

How to Book your Space

In order to book your space full course payment of £275 is required. Payment can be made by either cheque or cash. Places cannot be confirmed until payment has been received and due to small classes, bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. Should you be unable to make the course payment in full please let us know and we would be happy to work out a payment plan.

Please note that due to limited class sizes, verbal or email bookings can only be held for a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of course payment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited places, course bookings are strictly non-transferable.

Bookings cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice will incur a £125 cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled with less than 2 week’s notice will incur a £175 cancellation fee.
